He is responsible for evaluating and selecting the right procedures for AG22 LLC and managing ongoing documents. Under his direction, AG22 LLC has built a team that has extensive experience and expertise in the New York. Prior to joining AG22 LLC, he worked as Senior Vice President of Chatham Development Company, a premier visa consulting firm in Long Island.

HAN JUN LI, Esq.
Mr. Li is an immigration attorney with over 10 years of experience in U.S. immigration. He has extensive knowledge and experience in EB-5, EB-2, EB-3, H1B, et cetera. He is currently a member of the American Bar Association (ABA), New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) and American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Mr. Li holds a Bachelor’s degree at the renowned Columbia University and his J.D. degree at Fordham University in New York City. He has provided consulting services for individuals and multinational corporations in the U.S., China, Taiwan and HongKong. He has prepared and filed thousands of successful EB-5 petitions for investors from all over the world, including Vietnam, India, China, Taiwan, et cetera.
